I targeted SW OK on this day because I had to work and I was late getting to the action. I found a great spot to watch a tornado-warned storm move in from the west. As it approached, the rotation began to increase and an uncondensed tornado developed. It quickly began wrapping in rain as it grew into a wedge. I chased it for a few hours getting glimpses of the tornado that impacted Elk City and funnels associated with its northeast progress.
